The mission of HELP The Animals, Inc. is to provide humane care for animals in need; to educate the public about animal needs; to be a resource to facilitate the handling of animals in need to the extent of our resources; to house and place animals by adoption to qualified owners, and to operate in a manner that is consistent with the state law and local ordinances.
